Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Returns are only excepted for products purchased directly through saintsandsinnersnm.com or associated Google Shopping adds. No items purchased in store will be excepted for return or exchange unless brought back into the store or prior approval is received through management. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SEND ANY PRODUCTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL UNLESS YOU ARE LICENSED TO DO SO.
please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless defective.
Exchanges
In the event that you would like to make an exchange please send idem back in original packaging or reasonable alternative that ensures safe delivery of product to the original return address:

Should there be any additional charges associated with your new product, we will issue a secure payment link to the email address you submitted at the time of your initial purchase. In the event that a refund is due to you, we will process the reimbursement to your original payment method, within a 14-day window following receipt of the returned product. Replacement products will be sent out to the address provided as the shipping address for original purchase unless resonable and timly request is made for alternate arrangements. Replacement products will be shipped in 1-2 buisness days of receiving an excepted exchange and any additional payment obligations have been fulfilled.
If you recived this idem as a gift and would like to exchange it all conditions of exchange outlined above apply. If aditional payment is due we can send a secure payment link to the gift giver or the gift recipient. Please indicate who you would like the secure payment link sent to in the e-mail that indicates what replacement products you would like. If no indication is made the link will be sent to the e-mail address requesting the exchange. Any money returned will be credited to the original form of payment with in 14 days. if the gift recipeent prefers store credit that can be arrange please just request it by e-mail at time of return. Store credit will remain good for 60 months from original purchase date.

We will cover the cost of shipping for one exchange or return. When you recieve your original product a return label will be be included. Any additional shipping as a result of multiple;e exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
